Berkeley College Foundation Food Pantry Drive and Bag Donation

As we embark into the New Year, the Berkeley College Foundation’s food pantries got off to a very robust start, thanks to the contributions of the Berkeley College faculty, staff, and students during an October 2024 campus food drive. We are thrilled to share that the collective power of these donations resulted in 124 bags and packages donated, totaling 1,417 items! Simply stated, this was an incredible effort. In November 2024, we received a generous and much needed supply of 400 reusable food bags, courtesy of the law offices of Davis, Saperstein & Salomon. With assistance from the Berkeley College community, we look forward to continuing the momentum for 2025!
About the Berkeley College Foundation
The mission of the Berkeley College Foundation is to provide support and resources to students pursuing quality experiences in higher education. Scholarships are awarded to current and prospective students to help defray the cost of tuition and to enhance participation in educational enrichment activities. The Foundation also funds three Berkeley College campus food pantries in Newark, NJ, Woodland Park, NJ, and New York, NY. Based in NJ, the charitable organization received 501(c)(3) status in 2015.
