Networking and Food Drive Event 2022

On November 10, 2022, Berkeley College hosted its second annual Giving Thanks Networking and Food Drive event held at Uncorked Wine & Lounge in Totowa, NJ. The soiree proved to be an engaging and productive gathering as well as a nice fundraiser to support the Berkeley College Foundation (BCF). In addition, the BCF collected 500 food items and supplies, which were distributed to our Berkeley College Newark, Woodland Park, and New York City campus food pantries.

A notable donation for the Berkeley College food pantries was provided by alumna Janna S. Williams of Paterson, NJ, who delivered a carload of Thanksgiving groceries. Williams believes in living a life of service. “It’s important to give back,” said Williams. “Having a giving heart will always make someone’s day special.”

Williams will begin a new position as a Police Ambassador for the Clayton County Police Department in Jonesboro, GA, in mid-December.
