Berkeley College Foundation names three new board members

The Berkeley College Foundation has appointed three new members to its Board of Directors: Andrew Fenster of Manhattan, NY, President and Co-founder, Ai Media Group, Inc.; Andrenaia Giordano of Upper Saddle River, NJ, Senior Loan Officer and Vice President, TD Bank; and Nancy Robles-Guess of Totowa, NJ, Executive Vice President, Operations and Compliance Officer, Eastern Funding LLC.

Mr. Fenster held senior financial positions at Big Flower Holdings, the New York Times Company, and Deloitte & Touche prior to co-founding Ai Media, a firm that specializes in defining, managing and executing online marketing strategies. His hobbies include traveling, reading about history, listening to classic rock music and supporting the New York Rangers. Mr. Fenster earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Hamilton College and an MBA from Rutgers University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.

Ms. Giordano is a seasoned banker with more than 18 years of experience in middle market lending with a high level of interest for mentoring and motivating teams. At TD Bank she serves as the Women in Leadership Lead for New Jersey and as a member of the Diversity & Inclusion Council for the New York Metro market. She also was co-founder of the Power of Women Mentoring Group. As a senior lender at TD Bank, she manages a large client portfolio. Ms. Girdano earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management – International Business from Pace University and dual MBAs in International Business and Management from St. Peter’s College.

Ms. Robles-Guess joined Eastern Funding in 2005. As Executive Vice President, Operations and Compliance Officer, she manages the credit and approval process and works to ensure timely documentation and funding of transactions. Ms. Robles-Guess holds an Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Management from Berkeley College, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Ms. Robles-Guess received the Berkeley College Alumna of the Year award in 2017.
